Participants hosted at OAC

The conference package includes:

  • registration fee
  • coffee breaks
  • accommodation
  • full board at OAC (breakfast + lunch + dinner)

Participants can choose to have a single room, or a double room shared with another participant.

The amount to be paid per participant is:

  • Single room accommodation: 580€ per person.
  • Double room accommodation: 500€ per person.

Accompanying person (participant hosted at OAC)

Accompanying persons being hosted at OAC will pay 300 euro, to cover for the full board (room, breakfast, lunch, dinner) expenses.

As an example, a participant coming with an accompanying person and wishing to share a double room, will pay:

- 800 euro = 500 (participant) + 300 (accompanying person) euro

Participants hosted in external hotels

Participants who wish to stay in another hotel will have to take care of their own accommodation arrangements (and of their accompanying person, where applicable).

The amount to be paid by each participant is 200 euro (which includes the registration fee and coffee breaks) plus 15 euro per each OAC meal consumed, under the form of lunch tickets. Please note that it is not allowed to eat your own food at the OAC lunch/diner tables (essentially, if you don't want to pay for the lunch ticket, you will have to head to the village to have lunch).
