HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR PRESENTATION or PAPER
Please make sure you're logged in (top right corner on this site)
Please note you need an account (CERN external lightweight account or a CERN NICE account) to upload your presentation. If you are not already in possession of one; please register here. Once this is done return to your e-mail in order to confirm this request.
To do the uploading itself:
Click in the menu on "My Contributions" (under "my conference"/Click on your presentations "title"
Click on the little red icon to the left of your presentation's "title".
In Add New Material/ Type : choose "slides" or "paper"
Click on "Browse" look for your presentation and Click on Submit. That's it...

Deadline for submission (presentations) : Thursday 28th July 2011.
Deadline for submission (proceedings papers) : October 7, 2011.
If you have not had time to upload your presentation beforehand, please bring a usb key and we'll upload it before the meeting; but this option is reserved ONLY for urgencies.
