Call for Abstracts

There is allocated time for five contributed talks during the conference. Moreover, there will be a poster session on Thursday evening.

Representatives of all genders are welcome to submit an abstract for a contributed talk and/or for a poster on either physical sciences or diversity/equality work in the field of physics.

The deadline to submit an abstract for a contributed talk is July 17. The deadline to submit an abstract for a poster is July 31.

The maximum length of the abstract is 3000 characters (approximately one A4 with a 12 pt font).

Please note that it is necessary to have an account in order to submit an abstract.
There are different options for the submission: you can sign in via CERN; you can use a guest account via email; you can sign in with University credentials, if your Institution participates in the EduGAIN federation; finally you can use other credentials such as google/facebook. If you experience problems in submitting your abstract feel free to contact the organisers.
