Symposium:
Symposium presentations are 90 minutes duration and provide an opportunity to examine one topic in depth and from different perspectives. Symposium sessions are directed by one chairperson, involving 3-4 short presentations (maybe posters) and a significant amount of time devoted to discussion. The symposium abstract proposals must include a 2-page overview outlining the whole symposium, and a 2-page abstract for each individual contribution. Together, a maximum of a 10-page document should be submitted as a proposal, using the symposium template, and it can be found here.
Oral presentation:
Oral presentations are of 15 minutes duration, plus 5 minutes discussion time. The abstract proposal is limited to 2 pages, including figures, tables (if applicable) and references. Please, use the proposed template, and it can be found here.
Poster presentation:
Poster sessions involve a text and graphic display of materials that are thematically grouped. Groups of papers are encouraged. These posters will be presented at the poster fair. The template for poster proposals is the same as for the oral presentations, and it can be found here. The poster itself should be prepared in A1 format, 594mm x 841mm.
Workshop:
Workshop presentations are 90 minutes duration and two types of formats for workshops are possible. Workshops that provide the opportunity for sharing a skill or approach with active engagement of the participants or workshops that facilitate dialogue/discussion on a topic/issue. The template for workshops is the same as for the oral presentations, and it can be found here.
