Access badge
A personal badge will be distributed to you on your arrival. You will have to show an ID document to collect the badge.
You must wear your badge visibly at all times when inside the CERN fenced domain.
The badge pouch will also contain important information: general schedule, contact phone numbers, and meal tickets to use during your stay.
If you arrive between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 a.m., you can collect your badge at Reception.
If your arrive between 6.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m., you can collect your badge at Gate B.
