Please follow the indications below, should you want to stay at one of the two hotels listed. You should be making the reservation and payment individually to receive a confirmation.
- IBIS Leuven Centrum
This hotel is situated in the heart of the old city center, 300 meters from the Main Square, with a diversity of restaurants and bars. It is a perfect location to visit the University, the M-Museum, and the shopping center. There is a direct train connection to the international airport and Brussels. This hotel has its own private parking.
Special rates negotiated (including breakfast):
- Single room per night: €127.00
- Double/twin room per night: €143.00
- City tax (per person per night): €3.50

- IBIS Budget Leuven Centrum (by the train station)
This hotel is located just a minute's walk from the Leuven train station and 1 km away both from the Historical Leuven Town Hall and the M-Museum Leuven.

Double room: €85,80
- From Monday 22/05/2023 to Thursday 25/05/2023:
Single room: €92,40
Double room: €105,80
