1. Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located in IJCLab Building 200, in front of Pierre Lehmann Auditorium, from 12 PM to 2 PM on Monday 19th June 2023.
For info, the building is located in Rue Ampère – BP 34 – 91898 Orsay cedex – France.
Please come as early as possible. If you are arriving later in the week, please inform us.
2. Agenda & Meeting Rooms
The IMCC Annual Meeting 2023 has now been finalized. You can find the details about your contribution and upload your slides on the meeting Indico page. Please note that you must be registered in Indico in order to upload your slides.
Please contact your working group leader if you have any questions about your contribution.
You can find the exact location of the meeting rooms on the Indico Homepage under the tab “Meeting Rooms” : https://indico.cern.ch/event/1250075/page/28992-meeting-rooms
Please check your meeting room before every session, as there might be some last-minute change.
3. Zoom links
Zoom connections will be available (on a day-to-day basis) to all registered participants from the left menu of the Indico Homepage under the tab “Zoom links” (: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1250075/page/30011-zoom-links )
If some of your colleagues have not registered to the event and wish to access the sessions, please ask them to register on Indico (Late Zoom Registration) : https://indico.cern.ch/event/1250075/registrations/95625/
4. WiFi Connection
For the WiFi connection at IJCLab, there are 2 possible options
- Standard connection to the network "Eduroam"
- Connection via the network "IJClab-Public"
- A web page will open
- Click on "Recevez vos identifiants par email" / "Receive your credentials by Email"
- Enter Surname/ Name / email then click on "S'enregistrer" / "Register"
- You will receive a confirmation email "Your account WiFi -LAL Visitor" with your login and password to enter on the web page "IJClab-Public"
5. Group Picture – Wednesday 21 June 2023
A picture of all participants will be done just before the afternoon plenary session on Wednesday 21st June 2023 at 13h15 in building 200.
6. Social Dinner - Tuesday 20th June 2023 - Domaine de Saint-Paul (Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuse)
The IMCC Annual Meeting 2023 social dinner will take place on Tuesday 20th June 2023 at the restaurant Domaine de Saint-Paul (Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuse).
Buses from Orsay to the restaurant and back have been organized for those attending the dinner. Buses will leave from the parking of 109 rue Jean Teillac at 18:15 - Don’t be late!.
Please ensure that you have duly paid. Please note that no further reimbursement will be made.
