Speakers: Bastien Rae (CERN), Nikolaos Charitonidis (CERN)
    • 15:40 15:50
      H2 / H4 user schedule 10m
Speakers: Dragoslav Lazic (Boston University (US)), Eva Barbara Holzer, Eva Barbara Holzer (CERN), Evelyne Dho (CERN)
    • 15:50 16:25

      Speaker: Laura Jayne Rowland (CERN)
    • 16:25 16:30
      CALICE ScW-ECAL + AHCAL (H2) 5m
Speaker: Lucia Masetti (Johannes Gutenberg Universitaet Mainz (DE))

As discussed offline (mail 28.03 to Calice):

      • The beam time needs to be split in 2 periods, the "electron" and the "hadron" one, and some coordination would be necessary with RD51.
      • Only above 30 GeV/c reasonable.
      • Momenta of RD51 may differ between the periods - OK for RD51
    • 16:30 16:35
      GIF & RD51 & STRAW TRACKER & MiniCACTUS (H4) 5m
Speakers: Eraldo Oliveri (CERN), Federico Ravotti (CERN), Giuseppe Pezzullo (CERN), Martin R. Jaekel (CERN), Yorgos Tsipolitis (National Technical Univ. of Athens (GR))

As discussed with CALICE as well, some coordination will be necessary in order to cover the H2 request as well. To be decided among the users and Nikos in-situ, as usual.

    • 16:35 16:40
      CMS HF Wall (H2) 5m
Speakers: Alexi Mestvirishvili (University of Iowa (US)), Dragoslav Lazic (Boston University (US)), Yasar Onel (University of Iowa (US)), Yasar Onel (Physics and Astronomy Department)

As agreed during the meeting,  CMF-HF can take the pure electron beams while NA64e is still setting up, and we can switch to the electron-favorable wobbling for NA64e later and if needed.

    • 16:40 16:45
      MuonE ECAL (H2) 5m
Speakers: Clara Matteuzzi (Syracuse University (US)), Enrico Conti (Universita e INFN, Padova (IT))

As discussed and agreed during the meeting, the purity will be less, especially as we are in the middle of the NA64-e week.  MuonE OK with this.

    • 16:45 16:50
      NA64-e (H4) 5m

*** Possibly to be skipped - Laura to provide feedback offline ***

Speakers: Laura Molina Bueno (Univ. of Valencia and CSIC (ES)), Vladimir Poliakov (Institute for High Energy Physics of NRC Kurchatov Institute (RU))
      • First week calibration with hadrons --> Beam quality not important
      • Last week hadrons 50 GeV/c --> Two XCETs necessary, to be confirmed by NA64e
        • That it is OK if the XCETs are located in PPE124
        • That the signal can reach their CR in CZ
        • They need to confirm the gases needed, e-mails already exchanged with L-M. Bueno on the subject.
    • 16:50 16:55
      EP FTS (H2) 5m
Speakers: Etiennette Auffray Hillemanns (CERN), Loris Martinazzoli (CERN)

Since in the middle of NA64-e week, the electron purity & the rate will be compromised.

    • 16:55 17:05
      LHCb - ECAL (H2) 10m
Speakers: Heinrich Schindler (CERN), Matteo Salomoni (CERN)

During the first week, and given that NA64-e will need the hadrons (TBC), the electron purity can be good. Some compromises can be done in the second week, in parallel with RD51/GIF, to be decided in-situ.

    • 17:05 17:10
      ATLAS ZDC (H4) 5m
Speakers: Brian Cole (Columbia University (US)), Peter Alan Steinberg (Brookhaven National Laboratory (US)), Riccardo Longo (Univ. Illinois at Urbana Champaign (US))

As discussed during the meeting, the very high energies are impossible in this configuration, in parallel with NA64-e, the purity will be also not very high, especially for the momenta > 100 GeV/c.

    • 17:10 17:15
      NA61-all (H2) 5m
Speakers: Marek Gazdzicki (Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe Univ. (DE)), Marek Gazdzicki (Jan Kochanowski University (PL)), Wojciech Brylinski (Warsaw University of Technology (PL)), Wojciech Brylinski Brylinski (Warsaw University of Technology)

The NA61 program to be discussed offline as the beam time approaches. A request for two experimental XDWC for cabling only is being discussed.

    • 17:15 17:20
      HIKE SAC (H2) 5m
Speaker: Mattia Soldani (Università degli Studi dell'Insubria & INFN Milano Bicocca)

Given the fact that HIKE is scheduled in parallel with Faser-Nu that has no strict requirements in purity, the purity beam conditions may be favorable. To be seen in-situ.

    • 17:20 17:25
      CMS - HGCal (H2) 5m
Speakers: Arnaud Steen (CERN), Dragoslav Lazic (Boston University (US))

As agreed during the meeting, a wobbling change will be necessary in between to cover the electrons & the hadrons request. To be coordinated with NA65 in-situ.

    • 17:25 17:30
      NA65 (H4) 5m
Speakers: Akitaka Ariga, Akitaka Ariga (Chiba University (JP))

OK as above -- The wire chamber to be placed in the requested position (Already communicated with M. Lazzaroni)

    • 17:30 17:35
      NP04 (H4) -- To be confirmed 5m

*** To be skipped -- Feedback to be provided offline ***

      Speaker: Filippo Resnati (CERN)
    • 17:35 17:40
      FASER Nu (H4) 5m
Speaker: Dr Akitaka Ariga (Chiba University (JP))

Very relaxed purity requirements, even favorable given the very low wanted electron rate.

    • 17:40 17:45
      CMS ZDC (H4) 5m
Speakers: Sorina Popescu (The University of Kansas (US)), Sorina Popescu (F)

A priori the beam request is OK - A few clarifications to take place offline.

    • 17:45 17:50
      CMS - ECAL (H4) 5m
Speakers: Alexander Singovski (University of Notre Dame (US)), Chiara Amendola (CERN), Dragoslav Lazic (Boston University (US))

As discussed with Chiara, some coordination will be necessary in order to obtain the pure electron beam configuration in parallel with NA61.

    • 17:50 17:55
      HERD (H2) 5m
Speakers: Giovanni Ambrosi (INFN Perugia), Giovanni Ambrosi (Universita e INFN, Perugia (IT)), Ming Xu (Chinese Academy of Sciences (CN)), Nicola Mori (INFN Florence), Yong-wei DONG (Institute of High Energy Physics, CAS), Yongwei Dong (Chinese Academy of Sciences (CN))

It was discussed that the beam conditions last year where quite satisfactory, therefore the same configuration should be kept.

    • 17:55 18:00
      PAN (H4) 5m
Speakers: Mr Daniil Sukhonos (Universite de Geneve (CH)), Xin Wu (Universite de Geneve (CH))
