Venue
The conference will be located at Village des Quatre Vents l'Épine, Island of Noirmoutier.
Check in to the conference will start at 5 pm on sunday 2nd. A welcome drink will be served at 7pm.
The conference itself starts at 8:30 am on monday and ends on friday 7th at 5:30 pm.
Housing and meals will also be available on site. The full board cost includes housing from sunday 2nd night to saturday 8th morning 10 am, all meals on site BUT NOT the conference diner on thursday night. It also include free access to bicycles during whole stay, to the close by beach, to a swimming pool and sport equipment. See below details on cost, booking, conditions for shorter stays -not recommended-, deadlines.
Les 4 vents is located on west coast of the island, 200 m from the ocean and 4 km from Noirmoutier in l'Ile, the main town on the island.

Rates
Full board from 2 to 8 June : 550€
For less than 4 nights : 110 € per night
For the period between 4 and 5 nights : 100 € per night
Accompanying person : 85€ per night
Travel
By plane : Airport Nantes-Atlantique + shuttle to the main train station Nantes (every 20 mins, 20 mins travel) + bus to "La Guerinere Rond Point de l'Europe" (1h30 mins),
By Train : TGV from Paris-Montparnasse station to "La Guerinere Rond Point de l'Europe", through Nantes (about 4h)
Then a shuttle will take you from "La Guerinere Rond Point de l'Europe" to the Village des Quatre Vents
Dedicated buses to the conference site will be set up at Nantes train station - possibly at Nantes Airport - . More information will be available when closer to the conference date.
