Summary of all covered Costs
For the invited experts the following costs are covered:
- Travel: basically everything, check with Merlin for the exact amout allocated for you, but generally it should easily suffice for the flight + transport inside of Switzerland.
- Accomodation Nendaz: The 4 nights in Nendaz will be fully covered by us and you will not have to do anything for this.
- Accomodation Geneva: When needed we can cover the night before the workshop in Geneva as well as the night after the workshop. The only limitaitons are that the hotel costs should be below 150 CHF per night and that the accommodation has to be in Switzerland.
- Food: We should be able to cover all the food costs. For the Nendaz part this is not an issue as everything will be automatically taken care off. For your time in Geneva we can cover 50 CHF per day for the Sunday before the workshop. For some weird reason we cannot cover breakfast... However, we will ensure there will be coffee and some croissants present at 9:00 am on the Monday.
Logistics/Reimbursement
- You will have to do the booking of both your trip and your accomodation in Geneva by yourself and will be reimbursed after the workshop.
- To get reimbursed you will just have to send the receipts + bank info to Merlin after the workshop and he will ensure you will be fully reimbursed.
- Again for Nendaz there is nothing to organize from your side, so it is only the trip to Switzerland + the potential accomodation in Geneva for the first and last night.
- For dinners/lunch on Sunday and Monday you will need to keep the receipts to get reimbursed.
