Please fill in the registration form (you will need to create an Indico account if you do not have one already). You cannot pay the Workshop cost until you are registered here. Once you have registered on this page a "Workshop Payment" link will appear in the left pane and this is where you will find the link for registering and paying for the hotel and workshop.
A visa may be required for your entry into the United States. Please contact chmoore@sandia.gov if you need a letter of invitation.
