Conference fee
For on-site participants
The on-site conference fee for early registration is €550 for PhD holders and €450 for students if the fee is paid by 15 June 2025.
After 15 June 2025 the conference fee is enhanced by 50 EUR.
The conference fee includes:
- Publication of one conference proceeding paper
- Conference dinner
- Conference excursion
- Social events
The conference fee amount is independent of the duration of stay of the delegate and therefore it is also independent of the participation in the conference dinner or the excursion.
For online presenters
The online conference fee for early registration is €350 for both PhD holders and students if the fee is paid by 15 June 2025.
After 15 June 2025 the conference fee is enhanced by 50 EUR.
The conference fee includes:
- Publication of one conference proceeding paper
OAC fee for participants staying outside of OAC
Participants that have accommodation outside OAC are expected to pay an additional fee of €100 for the use of the OAC conference center and the coffee breaks.
Other fees (optional items)
Price of meals in OAC for participants with accommodation other than OAC
Participants who are staying outside of OAC, and wish to have lunch or dinner in OAC, should pay in advance of the conference. The price is €22 EUR per meal per person.
Excursion fee for the excursion to Chania old town the Friday 30 August 2024
€35 per person for everyone who needs a sit on the bus (for all participants and accompanying persons alike).
Fees only for accompanying persons
The conference dinner fee for accompanying persons more than 12 years old, is €25 for those staying in OAC and €45 for those staying outside of OAC. Children of 6 to 12 years old pay half price for the conference dinner and children younger than 6 years old do not pay.
The fees for accompanying persons for the conference excursion are:
- Palace of Knossos and Heraklion Archaeological museum is €75 per person needing a sit in the bus.
- Falassarna beach is €65 per person needing a sit in the bus
- Cretan Monasteries is €65 per person needing a sit in the bus.
