REGISTRATION FEES
Early bird fee: 150 CHF (deadline 4 February 2024)
Regular fee: 250 CHF (deadline 29 February 2024)
The registration fees for in-person participants include all coffee breaks, the welcome drink on Tuesday 12 March, and the social dinner on Wednesday 13 March 2024.
Please note that lunches are not included in the registration fees.

Your payment should be free of charge for CERN.
CERN MEMBERS
For CERN members (MPE or MPA), all expenses should be paid through the budget code of the corresponding CERN group. Please contact your group secretariat to handle the payment of your registration fee. Please do not pay any fee yourself.

The payment of the registration fees should be done via a TID :

Please indicate the name of all corresponding participants in the TID.
Refund
Until Thursday 29 February 2024, refund of 100% less 20 CHF of administration costs. After this date, no refunds are available. Written notice must be sent to muon.collider.secretariat@cern.ch to confirm cancellation.
