Accommodation

Bookings are to be made by each participant. 

For this workshop, we have pre-booked some rooms in CERN hostel (Meyrin) for external participants.

Block name: IMCC and MuCol Annual Meeting 2024

Rooms types:

• Single room with bathroom: CHF 58.00 per room per night
• Twin room with bathroom: CHF 77.00 per room per night

Please fill in the booking form for the IMCC and MuCol Annual Meeting 2024 and send it to housing.service@cern.ch to confirm your reservation at the latest 31 days before the expected arrival date.

You will be asked to provide your personal details, your preferred dates and a credit card number as a guarantee. 

 

Booking requests will be treated according to the availability on the group booking. If all the pre-booked rooms have been used, booking requests will be treated according to the hotel availability.

Cancellation and modification is accepted free of charge until 14:00 (CET) 2 days before the foreseen day of arrival.

 

Reduction of length of stay is accepted free of charge until 12:00 (CET) on the day of departure.

 

In case of no-show the first night of the reservation is charged at 100% to the supplied means of financial guaranty. The rest of the stay is automatically cancelled by 12:00.

 

Check-in time is from 2.00 pm and check-out time is at 12.00 pm.
