Talks:
The length indicated in the programme includes 5 minutes for discussions, i.e., a parallel talk of 20 minutes is actually 15+5 minutes, and a plenary talk of 30 minutes is 25+5 minutes.
Please upload your presentation the day before your talk.
The presentation laptops provide the possibility to display pdf (preferred), power point and keynote presentations. Plenary speakers are offered to test their presentations on the foreseen computer the day before their presentation during the first coffee break in the main auditorium (HZ 1+2). For Speakers on Monday this can be done during registration, or the first coffee break, also in HZ 1+2.
Poster:
As the number of poster contributions is exceptionally high at this conference,
we are organising two poster sessions on Tuesday, April 8th:
Session 1: 14:00 − 15:40
Session 2: 18:30 − 20:10
Presenters in session 1 should put up their posters on Tuesday between 11:45 − 13:45 and must remove them immediately after the session.
Presenters in session 2 should put up their posters on Tuesday between 16:15 − 18:15 and must remove them immediately after the session.
It is the presenter’s responsibility to hang and remove their posters in a timely manner.
The posters should also be uploaded to Indico before Friday, April 4th, 12:00 CET.
To upload your posters, please log in to the QM 2025 Indico site (using the email address you registered with) and click on My Contributions.
Contributions not uploaded until then will not be considered for the Flash Talk Award!
The size of poster wall will be 118 (width) x 146 (height) cm2. All posters should be in “Portrait format”.
The poster walls will be distributed over five different locations in the
Auditorium Complex:
Foyer ground floor (EG)
Foyer 2nd floor (OG1)
Foyer 4th floor (OG3)
Room HZ14, 4th floor (HZ14)
Room HZ15, 4th floor (HZ15)
A map of the poster sessions can be found here for session 1 and here for session 2.
Posters will be grouped by scientific topic (“track”). The poster walls are labeled and identified by a number, which is identical to the Indico ID of the poster contribution (can for instance be obtained by looking at the PDF of your contribution).
The list of posters and the identification number can be found here. The different tracks are located as follows:
Track | Session | Location |
QCD phase diagram + critical point | 1 | EG |
Detectors + future experiments | 1 | OG1 |
Correlations + fluctuations | 1 | OG3 |
Initial state | 1 | OG3 |
Physics of ultraperipheral collisions | 1 | HZ14 |
QCD matter in astrophysics | 1 | HZ14 |
Jets | 1 | HZ15 |
