We can provide an invitation letter as well as some documents needed for a visa application. Please proceed with the registration first from this page and provide all required information in the registration form.
If you need only an invitation letter, please register first and then contact us via email below.
Visa issuance may take some time, sometimes more than 1 month, so we suggest you start the application process as soon as possible. If you have any question, please contact us via e-mail (hp2024-visa@cern.ch).
