Below is the information on the location and opening hours of registration desk.
- Sep. 22 (Sun) 8:15 - 17:00, 1st floor of Dejima Messe Nagasaki (DMN)
17:00 - 20:30, 3rd floor of Hilton Nagasaki - Sep. 23 (Mon) 8:15 - 12:00, 2nd floor of DMN
afternoon, Secretariat office (1st floor of DMN) - Sep. 24-27 whole day, Secretariat office (1st floor of DMN)
All you need on the local information is summarized in the hand book (PDF version is available here), which will be distributed when you check-in at the registration desk.
Child care
We will have a child care service in the same building as the conference venue during HP2024, where well-trained child care staff will be available. Please contact us to hp2024-loc-j@cern.ch if you plan or consider to make use of this service, even if you haven't decided yet, at latest by August 10. We need to know a head count and their ages to arrange the service.

Welcome Reception
You are invited to visit a welcome reception on Sunday 22nd evening in Kapiteinskamer on the 3rd floor of Hilton Nagasaki (next to the venue). Free drinks and light meals are available between 19:00 and 20:30.
Conference Dinner
Conference dinner will be held on Wed. 25th in "GLOBAL VIEW NAGASAKI", hotel near to the venue. Detail information will be uploaded soon.
Tachinomi during Poster Session
Pleasae enjoy Sake and Shochu tasting served with Japanese nibbles & finger foods during the poster session on Tuesday.
