Informal gathering
We will hold an informal gathering on March 11th (Tuesday) at 20:00 at Giovanaz Steakhouse for a relaxed dinner among participants. The meal, known in Rio Grande do Sul as espeto corrido, is offered by the local organizing committee (hence, for free), and participants will only need to cover the cost of their drinks.
Since the restaurant is not far from Centro Cultural, transportation will not be provided – participants should make their own way to the venue. You can find directions from Centro Cultural to the restaurant at the following link:

We will hold a workshop dinner on Wednesday, March 12th, 2025, at 20:00h at 20BARRA9 Parrilla, located in Pontal Shopping Mall. The menu at the new location can be found at the links below:

Each participant will be responsible for the cost of their own meal and drinks.
Transportation: Free one-way transport will be provided from Centro Cultural to the restaurant, departing from Centro Cultural at 19:30h. Participants will need to arrange their own return transportation (e.g., Uber or taxi). More details will be provided during the workshop.
Weather Contingency Plan: Since the dining area is outdoors and uncovered, we have reserved a backup date on March 13th to ensure you don’t miss the beautiful view of Guaíba Lake.
Bus departure
For those planning to take the bus provided by the LOC to the restaurant, the meeting point is the nearby roundabout, as shown on the map below. The bus will depart promptly at 19:30.
