The registration period for the MODE WORKSHOP is from march, 2024 to July, 2024 and must be done through the following link:

The registration cost for the conference includes the access to all sessions, coffee breaks, workshop dinner and certificate of participation issued online.

Requests for financial support

Requests for partial or total financial support require the applicant to check the "I request financial support" box in the registration form and upload the required documents:

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Motivation Letter: it should include a mention to why you need financial support and the level of partial support you may receive by your own institution (e.g. "my institution cannot cover any cost", or "my institution cannot cover travel costs but may cover hotel costs", etc)
  • Arrange for a recommendation letter to be sent to mode-workshop-organizers@cern.ch . The letter must have the subject: "Fourth MODE Workshop: Recommendation Letter in Support of {Name} {Surname}"

 

The registration and payments are managed by ADEIT - Fundación Universidad-Empresa, Plaza Virgen de la Paz, Valencia, España.

Cancellation policy by ADEIT

•    ADEIT reserves the right to cancel or change the activity if a minimum number of registrations is not reached or because of other reasons beyond the control of the organisers. In this case, of cancellation of the activity, ADEIT will refund the full registration fee, but will not be responsible for any other expenses such as the purchase of transport tickets or accommodation bookings.

•    The participant expressly agrees to totally absolve ADEIT from any liability with respect to travel insurance and related costs or claims. It is solely the individual’s responsibility to seek and purchase or otherwise obtain the necessary insurance to cover his/her travel, etc. and/or to independently issue a claim against any third party that may be responsible for direct or indirect loss or damage caused to or suffered by the delegate en route to and from the activity.

•    If the Conference does not take place for reasons beyond the control of the Conference Programme Organizers and Conference Technical Organizer, due to force majeure (e.g., flood, hurricane, etc.), participants will not be entitled to reimbursement of any fees associated with participation in the activity.


Cancellation by the participant

• If a conference delegate is unable to attend, he or she can assign his/her registration to another person, as long as ADEIT is informed of the change at least 48 hours before the activity. Cancellation must be made before 28/08/2024 10% of the fee will be retained by ADEIT for administrative costs. After 28/08/2028, participants withdrawing from the activity will not receive any refund.   

•    The Organizers have the right to change the Regulations at any time. The changes shall be published on the congress webpage.
