Fees
There is a £200 registration fee. This includes a BBQ on the Monday evening as well as coffee breaks and lunches from Monday to Friday.
The conference dinner (including punting) costs £70 and is charged separately. It should be noted that no alcohol is included in the conference dinner. For accompanying persons, tickets for the conference dinner can also be booked at a price of £70.
Registration procedure
On submission of your completed registration form, you will receive a confirmation that your registration has been received and is on hold.
You will then need to proceed with the payment of the registration fee by visiting the payment site. They payment site will also allow you to book rooms (including breakfast) at The Cosener's House Hotel where the conference is being arranged.
Once payment is received, your registration will be complete and confirmed. This is a manual process; don't expect it to happen instantaneously!
Visas
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary visas - if required - for the UK. Information regarding if you need a Visa can be found here.
Letters of Invitation
Should you require a letter of invitation, please contact xrootd-fts-workshop-2024@stfc.ac.uk indicating your institutional electronic and physical mail addresses.
Certificates of Attendance and Invoices
Certificates of attendance as well as invoices for the registration fee will be provided to each workshop attendee. If you require something additional or specific, please contact xrootd-fts-workshop-2024@stfc.ac.uk.
