The conference programme will start after lunch on Monday and Finish at lunch time on Friday. Monday and Tuesday will primarily cover FTS, while Thursday and Friday will cover XRootD. On Wednesday both topics will be covered. Wednesday also include the conference dinner and punting.

This will cover the current status of the project and ongoing activities as well as future directions and planning.
XRootD project status
This will cover the current status of the project and ongoing activities as well as future directions and planning.
Site Reports
Sites will be welcome to provide reports on either their FTS or XRootD deployments and experiences. There will also be an overview of storage backends and their status: EOS, XCache, XRootD, dCache
Monitoring
Monitoring is a key aspect of both XRootD and FTS and it is often important to ensure that the services compliment each other. A joint session on monitoring is planned.
Communities and Collaborations
This will include ALICE, ATLAS, CMS and LHCb plans for data-analysis and remote data access for LHC Run3. We will also cover non-HEP VOs such as SKA, LSST.
Meet the developers
During the workshop their will be sessions dedicated to meeting and discussing directly with the developers. During the conference a second room (The Quiet Room) has been booked that development discussion / hackathons to take place alongside the main agenda.
