Description
The Future Circular Collider stands at the forefront of the European Strategy for Particle Physics vision. Currently, a technical and financial feasibility study for the 100 km infrastructure is underway. The physics programme is based on the sequence of a 90-365 GeV high luminosity and high precision e+e- collider, FCC-ee, followed by a 100 TeV hadron collider, FCC-hh. A main objective of the FCC-hh is to comprehensively explore the properties of the Higgs boson, in particular determine the Higgs selfcoupling with percent-level precision from HH production, as well as its rare decays to γγ, Zγ, μμ, and invisible final states. The measurement of the top Yukawa coupling at the FCC-hh will greatly benefit from the measurements of top quark properties at FCC-ee.
