The registration to HIGGS 2024 proceeds in two steps.
The first one aims at collecting basic information about the participants and takes place in Indico. In a second step, all in-person participants will be directed to another registration page, administrated by Akademikonferens, in order to proceed with the payment of the fee and to provide complementary information regarding e.g. accompanying persons, allergies and dietary restrictions, etc.
The nominal early-bird conference fee is 5000 SEK if paid before October 4th. For students and post-docs, a reduced fee of 4000 SEK applies. Those fees will increase by 500 SEK if paid after October 4th.
Thanks to the financial support from our sponsors, a reduced fee of 1500 SEK applies to all plenary speakers as well as about 30-40 younger colleagues with an accepted abstract and a talk in the parallel sessions.
All fees include 25% VAT and are to be paid to Akademikonferens by credit card or bank transfer in the second step of the registration. No cash payment is accepted.
