Cancellation policy
Payments for OAC rooms are not reimbursable from 15th June 2025 on. Emergency cases will be examined. Please send email to the organizers (to the conference email) if you need to do any change in your OAC room reservation.
Once you have received a confirmation of your booking in OAC from the organizers with certain dates of arrival and departure and you wish to change your dates of arrival and departure, please send email to he organizers. If you only change the dates in in your registration in indico, this will not affect your reservation of a room in OAC until you ask by email for the change and receive confirmation by email.
Participants are requested not to pay for their OAC room before buying their tickets.
CANCELLATION policy for conference fees for ICNFP 2025
As a general rule conference fees will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation and of any emergency like a personal emergency or lockdown or war or natural catastrophy any kind of national or international emergency event.
In practice, participants are welcome to send their requests for reimbursement of conference fees, which will be examined after the conference is completed, to see if it is possible to reimburse them (minus the costs of the bank transaction).
