We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans can change.
Please find below our cancellation policy, in case you are not able to attend the event:
Cancellation by 5 January 2024, 23:59 CET: 100% Refund
If you cancel your registration on or before 5 January, you will be eligible for a full refund of your registration fee.
Cancellation between 6 January 2024, 00:00 CET and 25 January 2024, 23:59 CET: 50% Refund
If you cancel your registration between 6 January and 25 January, you will be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of your registration fee.
Cancellation on or after 26 January 2024, 23:59 CET: No Refund
Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer any refunds for cancellations made on or after 26 January 2024.
Cancellation Procedure:
Please cancel your registration on Indico and also please send an email to alumni.relations@cern.ch to confirm your cancellation.
Please note that refunds will be processed based on the date we receive your written cancellation request and that a 5CHF administration fee will be charged for all cancellations.
We thank you for your patience as we process your request (it may take several weeks).
OTHER CANCELLATIONS
Please contact the CERN Hotel directly if you wish to cancel your booking with them.
If you book an outing with the CERN Ski Club, please cancel directly with them.
