Are you coming by car?

You may enter CERN with your car (limited space) and park in the CERN Meyrin site over the week. Please make sure you enter your registration number when you request your access badge in Indico.

If you have already requested access, but forgot to mention your vehicle plates, you can forward the confirmation message with your access code to service-desk@cern.ch sharing your plates number with them.

Parking at CERN is free, but do keep in mind that parkings have a limited numbers of places to park, and we suggest to come by public transport to the venue.

Staying at the CERN Hotel

If you've booked a room at the CERN Hotel, you should have received the confirmation email. Please make sure you have your reservation details.
