As for the dress code, there is no need to stress about bringing a suit – we keep things casual for our alumni events. While we don't have a strict dress code, we do encourage a step up from casual wear. Smart pants paired with a shirt will be more than appropriate for the occasion. So, leave the black tie at home, and let's keep it comfortably stylish!

Coffee breaks

The CERN's Main Building's "pas perdus" and mezzanine areas will transform into a coffee break for all the days of the event in the morning and in the afternoon.

Visits

If you have booked a visit to one of the experiments, it will be visible in your Indico registration and will also be included on your conference badge. Changes to your reservation can be made until Monday, 5 February, 23:59 CET. After this deadline, any adjustments will only be possible through manual changes, subject to availability.

For your convenience, buses are available to transport you from the Science Gateway parking to the ALICE, CMS, and LHCb experiments. For those visiting ATLAS and SC, please meet your guide at the Science Gateway Piazza and proceed to the experiment on foot.

The meeting point for all visits (Science Gateway Piazza) is at 11:00 and 14:15.

Please make sure you arrive at the meeting point (Science Gateway Piazza) on time for a seamless experience as guides and buses cannot wait for any late arrivals.

During the guided tours, closed, flat shoes must be worn.

Please note that some areas are not accessible to people with reduced mobility, younger visitors, pregnant women, and wearers of pacemakers or other medical implants.
