DINNER

Is there a dress code for dinners?

There's no need to stress about bringing a suit – we keep things casual for all our participatns. While we don't have a strict dress code, we do encourage a step up from casual wear. Smart pants paired with a shirt will be more than appropriate for the occasion. So, leave the black tie at home, and let's keep it comfortably stylish!

What will be the menu during Saturday dinner?

The regionally themed menu will be as follows:

******

Starter: Hearty vegetable soup

******

Main course (main 1): Tomme Vaudeoise (cheese from the Vaud region), pomme de terre roesti (potato rösti: Rösti is a Swiss dish made with coarsely grated potatoes that are fried or baked until they form a crispy crust), salade, viande sechée de boeuf (beef jerky)
