Welcome to the abstract submission form for GIREP 2025 Summer School in Leiden.

Submitting the abstract requires creating a lightweight account, which you can make here.

The abstract for GIREP 2025 Summer School in Leiden should be submitted as a .doc/.docx file, following the formatting in the Abstract Template, which is here.

You will also need to UPLOAD a letter from your PhD supervisor to the following link, using the following PhD Supervisor Letter Template.

The deadline for submitting all proposals is 16 February 2025 at 23:59 CET.
