The registration fee covers coffee breaks, the reception and conference dinner. It does not cover lunches. The excursion is optional, and the fee is not included in the registration fee.

- choose amount of fee and accompanying person(s).
- please provide name and email address (The provided e-mail address will be used for your payment ID).
- check terms and privacy policy and click "Submit"
- check information you filled and amount of payment. Note that 6% transaction fee will be applied which can not be refund. Please make sure you are paying correct amount.
- Fill in your credit card information and click "Purchase".
- You will receive an email from noreply@payvent.net. Please check spam folder if you would not receive email within 30 min.

Payment is accepted via credit card (major card, i.e. master, visa). Payment with bank transfer is possible. Please mention it in the registration form.
Registration fee for in-person participants:
- Regular registration fee: 35,000 JPY
- Student registration fee: 25,000 JPY

Cancellation policy
If the cancellation is done by 26th Oct, 94% of the total payment will be refunded to the original payment method used for registration. Unfortunately, after 27th Oct, refunds will not be granted.
