Description
Modern synchrotron radiation experiments generate multi-modal data that require increasingly complex and varied processing workflows. To address the difficulty of managing these diverse analysis tasks, we have developed a dedicated workflow management system. The system provides a collaborative platform where experimental methods can be encapsulated and integrated into automated pipelines. Key features include a scalable execution engine for distributed tasks and a framework for tracking data provenance to ensure verifiable results. We will present the application of this system in specific areas such as scattering and biological imaging. By sharing our implementation of this common technical framework, we hope to discuss better ways to standardize data processing and improve the experimental throughput for multi-disciplinary users.
