The EGEE'07 Conference will be held on 1-5 October 2007 in Budapest, Hungary. It is an important opportunity for innovative applications to establish contacts with EGEE and with other user communities, to plan for the future usage of the EGEE grid infrastructure, to learn about the latest advances, and to discuss the future evolution of grid technology. It also provides an opportunity for dialogue with industrial parties having an interest in EGEE Grid technology.
The oral part of the programme will consist of invited talks arranged thematically, with ample time for discussion. Poster and practical demonstration sessions complement the oral programme. The oral program features only invited presentations; there will be no call for contributions to that session. For the poster and demo sessions, the programme committee solicits contributions focussing on user experience with, and plans for using the EGEE infrastructure. Important topics will be data access, interactive usage, workload and workflows, although abstracts on any aspect of grid technology will be considered. Abstracts discussing the experiences from the resource-provider and software-provider communities are also welcome.
We invite you to prepare the abstract following the proposed template (the text you will enter following the template will be combined automatically into a single abstract). Abstracts must be entered via the EGEE'07 indico pages (link will be available on EGEE'07 website <http://www.eu-egee.org/egee07/home.html> ) ; submissions via other mechanisms (like email) will not be considered. Please indicate on the form whether you prefer a poster or demo.
As for previous EGEE conferences and EGEE User Forums, the abstracts will disseminated to the wider grid community, so we invite you to prepare the abstracts with care.
The program committee will review and select submissions for demo and poster sessions and notify authors about acceptance by 14 September 2007.
Abstract submission opening day: 23 July 2007
Abstract submission deadline: 10 September 2007
Acceptance Notification: 14 September 2007
