The Seagull hotel will be the location for all sessions.Your reservation is guaranteed if made before November 5th. After this date, if the Seagull hotel is full, you will be accommodated in a neighboring hotel of the same category.
Participants will be expected to arrive on Sunday December 16, and will leave on Saturday December 22nd in the afternoon.
All meals will be served in the hotel for all participants. The cost per person (full board for six (6) days) is:
• $270 US for a double room
• $390 US for a single room.
If you wish to have alcoholic or soft drinks with your meals, these will be charged to your account by the hotel. The meals will include mineral water.
Payment for board and lodging should be done at your arrival directly to the travel agency either in cash, traveler's checks or with your credit card (the latter will incur a small supplement).
Important Note: Hotel reservations are made for the whole duration of the meeting, i.e. from Sunday noon, December 16th to Saturday, morning December 22nd. Please note that the total cost of the meeting cannot be reduced even in case of partial attendance.
If you intend to arrive before Sunday, December 16th and leave after Saturday, December 22nd, please let us know in advance so that we can try to make the appropriate hotel reservation for you: contact Hady.Schenten@orange.fr
Please note also that if you arrive before midday and wish your room to be made available immediately, you will be charged for an extra day. You must inform us so that the hotel can prepare your room in advance.
