Accommodation and OAC conference package

The venue of the conference is OAC; see Venue. OAC offers an all-inclusive package which includes accommodation, full board, and conference facilities. The cost per day is:

In case OAC accommodation is not sufficient to host all participants arrangements with two nearby hotels APHEA and LEFKA have been made.

Alternative accommodation
For participants wishing to make private arrangements for accommodation a list of hotels is provided: please see the list of hotels at the bottom of the page and contact the hotel of your choice directly.
Please note that participants not staying in OAC, should pay 55 EUR per day to OAC for meals (30 EUR), and conference facilities (25 EUR).

Note
Please specify in the registration form, in the left-hand side menu your preference, if you wish to take the OAC all inclusive package, share your room with another participant, or accompanying people or you prefer to proceed with private arrangements for accommodation.
OAC meals
|
OAC provides breakfast and two meals per day, which are served in the dining room of the foundation. During the summer months, when the weather is good, meals are served on the big veranda of OAC, providing a magnificent sea view. There is a breakfast buffet and warm meals for lunch and dinner. The meals follow the traditional Cretan cuisine and include starters, salad, main course, fruit/dessert, as well as local wine and water. There are two coffee breaks per day, one in the morning, one in the afternoon, including coffee, tea, orange juice and biscuits/cake. |

OAC accommodation
OAC has 60 rooms, which are all double, with either two beds or a double bed, and out of which 5 are suites (two rooms, with a double bed in the one and a sofa in the other room). All have their own bathroom and most have a sea-view and air-conditioning.
Please note The earliest possible date of arrival at OAC is 27 August 2013.
All participants staying in OAC, must leave their rooms, at the latest, early morning of 7 September 2013.
APHEA accommodation
Aphea provides comfortable apartments including a kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a sitting area with two sofa-beds and hence are ideal for families.
20 apartments, from a total of 30, have been reserved for the conference. They can be used for single occupation also.
