Conference Proceedings
The preferred format for submission of proceedings is either in pdfLaTeX of LaTeX (see an example). Note that for the LaTeX template all plots and images have to be included as EPS files while pdfLaTeX allows the following plot/image formats: PDF, PNG, JPG (for vector graphics like graphs or plots with flat colors the preferred format is PDF; use JPG only for photographs). Both templates are available for download here: Only in exceptional cases will the proceedings be accepted in Word format.
