Description
Linear e+e- colliders of up to 500 GeV cms energy provide a very efficient opportunity for production of Higgs particles and the study of the couplings. The nature of the recently discovered particle can so be explored in fine detail complementing the measurements of the LHC. The ILC, based on superconducting technology, is the most advanced proposal for such a machine for which recently the Technical Design Report has been completed. CLIC, based on the two-beam acceleration concept, has been documented in a Conceptual Design Report. The achievable physics parameters including the abilities for energy scanning will be discussed.
