Location
The school will take place on both Swiss and French territory. Students must ensure that they have the necessary documents to entry into Switzerland and France. Selected candidates coming from non-European (Schengen) countries will be provided with an invitation letter that may facilitate their application for a Swiss visa.
Accommodation
Students will be housed at CERN Hostel. Single and double room accommodation are available. Your room will be assigned according to your request on a first come, first served basis. Rooms have been reserved from Tuesday August 27th until the morning of Saturday September 7th.Single room : 58 CHF/night
Double room (shared with another participant): 38.5 CHF/night
Meals
All meals can be taken at CERN cafeterias, at the following approx. costs:
Breakfast : 5 CHF - Lunch : 15 CHF - Dinner : 15 CHF
