Call for Abstracts and Guidelines

The AMMW2013 Organization Committee invites abstracts for oral presentations on any aspect within the scope of the scientific programme of the workshop:

• Asset and maintenance management strategies
• Practical asset management
• Practical maintenance management
• Documentation management
• Logistics aspects (spare part management)
• Asset and maintenance management tools
• Data analysis, KPIs and reporting
• Others - Please specify in the comments field

All abstracts shall be submitted by Sunday 30 June Friday 18 October 2013 using the upload function of this webpage (click here to submit an abstract). For further details on the Abstracts Submission see the guidelines given below.

All accepted abstracts will be published on the workshop webpage.

Additional Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Abstract Title
Enter the title of the abstract. Please use initial capital letters only. For example: "This is a Paper Title in Initial Capital Letters"

Presentation Length
You can choose from the following presentation lengths: "15 min presentation", "30 min presentation" or "45 min presentation ".
The AMMW2013 Organization Committee reserves the right to change the proposed presentation length if considered appropriate.

Main Classification of Abstracts
Authors must select a classification of their abstracts, based on the main program tracks:

• Asset and maintenance management strategies
• Practical asset management
• Practical maintenance management
• Documentation management
• Logistics aspects (spare part management)
• Asset and maintenance management tools
• Data analysis, KPIs and reporting
• Others - Please specify in the comments field

The AMMW2013 Organization Committee reserves the right to change the classification of your abstract if considered appropriate.

Abstract Text
Abstract text should not exceed 1,200 characters. Authors are requested to avoid symbols, superscripts, or subscripts. Also, equations and footnotes are not acceptable within the body of abstracts. Please note that footnotes may be entered in their designated field.

Footnotes
Footnotes not exceeding 200 characters may be inserted in the footnote field for references to co-authors, institutions, etc.
