Description
CERN’s operation heavily relies on industrial support from external service providers to perform a large variety of activities in domains ranging from manufacturing to maintenance services. including services related to the accelerator operation and to the tertiary sector. The challenge is to place contracts with various service providers that can ensure reliable and high quality services.
The presentation will explain how adjudications of industrial services contract based on the Best Value for Money model has been implemented at CERN.
