perspectives that are useful in their workplace too.
Objectives of this module:
- understand team dynamics and their evolution
- improve effectiveness in communication in order to gain a goal-oriented mindset
- develop the skills necessary to manage effectively conflicts within the team
- pay attention to diversities using an integrative approach to cope with the culture shock
