The Hyper-Kamiokande (http://www.hyperk.org/) project is being designed to be the next decade's flagship experiment for the study of neutrino oscillations, nucleon decays, and astrophysical neutrinos. The goal of this meeting is to focus on the recent progress in EU and internationally, discuss common contributions/interests and possible collaboration with CERN.
