Submission deadline
Limited, Special Purpose Extension for submission of abstracts for SUSY 2015.
*** THE NEW SPECIAL PURPOSE DEADLINE IS AUGUST 19, 2015 ***
As stated earlier, abstracts received after June 5 will be considered only if the session is not already fully scheduled.
We are extending the ultimate abstract submission deadline to August 19 for two purposes. 1) In order to allow INVITED plenary speakers to input their abstracts at any time. (Use the Plenary Talks Track.) 2) In order to allow abstract submission to tracks not yet oversubscribed.
As regards 2), the HTE (Higgs Theory and Experiment), SPE (SUSY Phenomenology and Experiment) and AltT (Alternative Theories) tracks are already oversubscribed and no more abstracts for those tracks will be considered. PCTE (Particle Cosmology Theory and Experiment) is also essentially full. Tracks with space are FST (Fundamental and String Theory), PCMC (Precision Computation and Monte Carlo Tools), SSMods (SUSY and String Models), and FVTE (Flavor Violation, Theory and Experiment). If you submit an abstract to any of these latter tracks it will be considered so long as the particular track chosen remains undersubscribed.
As a final note, all experimental talk abstracts were submitted by the relevant speakers committees for ATLAS, CMS and LHCb. They have all been pre-approved. So, please do not double submit such abstracts. Instead, the relevant submitter from the speaker committee needs to go into the abstract and add the correct speaker.
