Location
The school will take place on both Swiss and French territory. Students must ensure that they have the necessary documents to entry into Switzerland and France. Selected candidates coming from non-European (Schengen) countries will be provided with an invitation letter that may facilitate their application for a Swiss visa.
Accommodation
Students will be housed at CERN Hostel or nearby. Single and double room accommodation are available from Tuesday June 23rd until the morning of Saturday July 4th.
Single room : approx. 58 CHF/night
Double room (shared with another participant): between 20 and 38.5 CHF/night
Meals
All meals can be taken at CERN cafeterias, at the following approx. costs:
Breakfast : 5 CHF - Lunch : 15 CHF - Dinner : 15 CHF
