Description

We study the generation of wake fields (WFs) by means of the high energy emission of pulsars. We examine a relatively simplified one dimensional model, considering the Euler equation, the continuity equation and the Poisson's equation in a two-component plasma. By linearizing the set of equations we estimate the potential difference created by the WFs and analyze the properties of this structure.
