The registration fee covers program costs and coffee breaks. One receipt for the total conference fee (including registration and banquet costs) will be issued. Early registration ends April 12th. The registration fees are as follows:

The banquet will be Tuesday, May 5th. The cost of the banquet is $55 per person. The conference will end Wednesday, May 6th at lunch time.
