IMPORTANT NOTICE: People wearing open shoes or high heels will not be allowed access to experimental areas.
In addition to the half-day visit of one of CERN's experimental sites, we encourage you to plan a visit to Microcosm, CERN's science centre, open Monday - Saturday 9.00am- 5.30pm. Entrance is free and no reservation is needed.
Since you may cross the borderline, a valid identity card / passport will be needed for the visit.
