The AIDA-2020 (Advanced European Infrastructures for Detectors at Accelerators) project begins 1 May 2015 and will run for 4 years. The kick-off meeting marks the official start of collaboration, when the 38 beneficiaries and numerous associate partners will come together at CERN within the AIDA-2020 framework. The Kick-off will consist of parallels meetings of Work Packages, plenary sessions, a Steering Committee and a Governing Board meeting.
