MANTS Meeting (ANTARES, Baikal, KM3NeT, IceCube) in Amsterdam
F0.01
Amsterdam
The Mants meeting will be held October 17-18 in a building of the University of Amsterdam, called 'oudemanhuispoort', located in the center of amsterdam.
See google maps for directions to the venue.
Unfortunately, the symposium coincides with the Amsterdam Marathon on Sunday, which makes it difficult to find hotels in Amsterdam for Saturday night; see under 'accommodation' for some suggestions of towns nearby.
social dinner on Saturday 17th
There will be a diner on Saturday at restaurant IJ-kantine which is here (google maps).
We'll have a choice of meat, fish or vegaterian (to be specified on site, so no need to tell us in advance).
To reach the restaurant you have to cross the water (called IJ) behind the central train station. At the back of the station (take leftmost exit), take ferry 905 or 906 to "NDSM werf." These dock right at the water at the leftmost part of the quay. The restaurant is right at the stop of the ferry.
