Instructions for poster session
The poster session will take place on Friday morning, however we will provide the place to put the poster for display from Tuesday. The poster can be stored at the University during the week, however, it will be responsibility of the presenter to hang it everyday.
The suggested poster size is A0, small variations are OK.

The poster should be hang on Tuesday and the staff will store and display them every day.

Ballots will be received until Thursday January 21st 10:30am. We have set up a box in the registration room. You should have received the ballot with the welcoming package, if you don't have it please ask for one in the registration room.
