Description
The EDG Integration Team will give a presentation describing the capabilities, installation, and configuration of the DataGrid software for Testbed 1 on Monday, October 29, 2001 at CERN. Site administrators for Testbed 1 sites are the intended audience, but others are welcome if space is available. We will try to limit the audience to approximately 50 people. The morning will consist of a series of presentations describing the EDG Globus2 distribution, the DataGrid software, and an overview of the configuration and installation of the software. In the afternoon, a walk-through installation of a mini-grid will be demonstrated. The deadline for registration has passed but people interested in attending in person may still contact Alexia Augier-Bochon (Alexia.Augier-Bochon@cern.ch) . The presentation will be broadcast via VRVS in the Saturn room. You must be register and install software to use VRVS; see the VRVS website (http://www.vrvs.org) for more details.
