Description
If you want to connect via video or audio I have reserved virtual room with VRVS in the Forest Virtual Room that belongs to Earth/Universe community. The meetings name is "OE Read Out Systems for SLHC". You can find information or help about VRVS at Virtual Rooms Videoconferencing System.
A main problem with VRVS is the echo which occurs when a loudspeaker feeds back into a microphone. If you decide to connect via video or audio, I would strongly suggest that everyone have headphones, in order to avoid this problem.
To connect to the CERN Phone Meeting call +41-22-767000 and ask for "OE Read Out Systems for SLHC" and Cigdem Issever. In case you have problems connecting via VRVS or the phone the Phone-Number of 40-4-C01 is +41-22-7671242.
